Sephora Sevierville, TN is hiring a Sales and Service Leader — full‑time hourly role ($22–$29/hr) leading store performance and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team through visible leadership, modelling exceptional client service and selling behaviors.
- Drive sales performance by cultivating client engagement, delivering personalised product recommendations and meeting store KPIs.
- Coach, develop and provide continuous feedback to team members to elevate capability, product expertise and service standards.
- Oversee onboarding, training and execution of loyalty-program enrolment and brand initiatives to ensure consistent client experiences.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising standards and compliance with company policies.
- Create and sustain an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes accountability, punctuality and teamwork.
- Support scheduling requirements and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales goals and maintain high client‑service standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven retail environment and learning quickly.
- Available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Two to three years of progressive leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments, with demonstrable success driving sales, coaching staff, and executing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or cosmetology/beauty preferred.
