Sephora seeks a full-time Sales and Service Leader for its University Village store in Seattle. The role leads and develops team members, drives client service and sales performance, and supports daily store operations; it is a regular, permanent position with a 30–40-hour workweek and pay of $28–$32 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members through coaching and empowerment to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
- Contribute to store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to improve team performance.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
- Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Promote an open, inclusive culture where team members feel empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; work 30–40 hours per week.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment; minimum 3 years of experience.

- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
