Sephora Seattle seeks a Sales and Service Leader (Full-time) to lead store teams and elevate client experience. $28–$36/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to drive individual and store performance against sales and service targets.
- Deliver outstanding client experiences through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, including loyalty program and product training.
- Promote an inclusive culture of collaboration, accountability and open communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Strong sales aptitude and demonstrable client service skills with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and capacity to learn product information quickly.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in retail, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service environment; 3+ years preferred for higher-performing candidates.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or retail/beauty-related certifications and prior management training preferred.

Compensation
