Sephora in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Sales and Service Leader. Full-time hourly role ($24.00–$27.50/hr) to lead the store team and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by coaching, empowering and modelling exceptional client service standards.
- Drive sales performance through active client engagement, expert product recommendations and personalized service.
- Provide continuous feedback and development to strengthen team capability and career progression.
- Support onboarding, product training, loyalty-program enrollment and brand initiatives to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory support, visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative working environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable scheduling and availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment; 3+ years of total retail or service experience preferred.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet and exceed sales and service objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong product aptitude and ability to learn, retain and share brand and product knowledge.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain punctual, reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity responsible for coaching and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or retail-related certification preferred but not required.
