Sephora in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Sales and Service Leader to lead store teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and driving a client-first culture.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing performance feedback to teammates to elevate selling skills and product knowledge.
- Drive store sales and KPI attainment through expert product recommendations, client engagement, and personalised service.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to learn and convey product knowledge rapidly across multiple beauty categories.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work flexible retail hours.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or customer service environments with demonstrated success in coaching teams and driving sales performance. Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
