Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales goals
- Drive overall store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support team development through ongoing feedback, training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora standards
- Foster a culture of inclusion and openness where team members feel valued and empowered
- Maintain company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
- Meet required minimum weekly shift commitments and be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Strong sales and client service skills with demonstrated results
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
- Quick learning capability with ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive retail, hospitality, or service leadership experience with demonstrated success coaching teams and achieving sales targets.
