Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and driving a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates to improve selling techniques, product knowledge and individual performance.
- Drive sales and client engagement through personalized recommendations, expert product knowledge and loyalty program activation.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to maintain service excellence and brand consistency.
- Ensure staffing reliability and flexible scheduling coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Maintain store safety, compliance with policies, and a positive shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer service environment.
- Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales targets and deliver superior client experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Demonstrable product knowledge and quick aptitude for learning brand and category information.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Three-plus years of progressive leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service setting with a documented track record of coaching teams, meeting sales objectives and managing day-to-day store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
