Sephora — Sales and Service Leader in Santa Clara, CA (Full Time). Lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modeling outstanding client service and sales behaviours.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates to improve product knowledge, selling skills and career progression.
  • Drive sales performance through exceptional client engagement, personalised recommendations and loyalty programme activation.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards.
  • Assist with onboarding, training and ongoing learning initiatives to ensure service excellence and adherence to brand initiatives.
  • Promote an inclusive team culture and ensure compliance with company policies to maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer service environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
