Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and driving a client-first culture.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate sales performance and product knowledge.
- Drive store sales through expert client engagement, personalized recommendations and loyalty program promotion.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, stock organization and adherence to merchandising standards.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capacity to learn and teach product knowledge quickly and effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail tasks.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week with flexibility for peak shifts, weekends and holidays.

Experience
3+ years in retail or hospitality, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, team-lead or managerial capacity focused on sales and client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework in business, retail management or hospitality is advantageous.
