Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by example to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations, including execution of loyalty program initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to maintain service excellence and product proficiency.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory activities, visual merchandising standards, and maintenance of a safe shopping environment.
  • Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Enforce company policies and Sephora operational standards to protect the client and brand experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-service environment (3 years preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and quickly assimilating product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain active, on-floor retail duties.
