Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team by modelling exceptional client service and driving a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Drive store sales and conversion through expert product knowledge, personalized client recommendations and active client engagement.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates; support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives including loyalty programs and brand training.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, adherence to store standards and execution of brand initiatives.
- Ensure reliable scheduling and team availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and uphold punctuality and attendance expectations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and foster a safe, welcoming shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment; 3 years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrated sales and client service skills with strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to rapidly learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required in store operations.
- Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or another service-oriented environment; 3 years preferred. Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exemplary client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or retail management training preferred.
