Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by example to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment; quick to learn and share product information.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience within retail, hospitality or customer-facing services, with a track record of coaching teams to meet sales goals and delivering high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced store environment. Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
