Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate the sales team, ensuring high standards of client service and achievement of sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, performance reviews and hands-on training in product knowledge and service protocols.
- Drive store performance through expert client engagement, personalised recommendations and active clienteling to grow loyalty program participation.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with onboarding and continuous learning initiatives tied to brand activations, launches and corporate programs.
- Maintain scheduling reliability and cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) to ensure consistent operational coverage.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.

Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant post-secondary coursework preferred.
