Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Support team member onboarding and continuous professional development in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
- Maintain operational standards including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
