Sephora in Roseville, MN is hiring a Sales and Service Leader. Full-time hourly role ($26–$30/hr) leading store teams and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team, model exceptional client service and uphold Sephora’s customer experience standards.
  • Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, product education and performance-focused coaching to drive sales and conversion.
  • Deliver individualized client engagement, provide expert product recommendations and contribute to store sales targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising execution and maintaining visual and safety standards.
  • Drive a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring an environment where all colleagues and clients feel respected and welcomed.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, including loyalty program education and brand activations.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; support flexible scheduling during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments, with a proven ability to coach teams to meet goals.
  • Demonstrated sales and client-service skills with a track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product demonstrations and training.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and quickly absorb product knowledge and operational procedures.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week) including nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

Experience
