Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
  • Support team onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
