Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and coach store team members to deliver elevated client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive day‑to‑day store performance through expert product consultation, client engagement, and personalized recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development plans to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Support onboarding, product training, loyalty program execution and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Assist with daily operational duties including inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand standards.
  • Manage scheduling expectations, ensure punctuality and coverage during peak periods (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and customer‑centric retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer‑facing service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a cross‑functional team to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Demonstrated strength in client service, sales conversion and product‑led consultations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays and reliable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
