Sephora hiring Sales and Service Leader in Riverton, UT—full-time retail leadership role, $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to elevate team performance and foster growth
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining Sephora store standards

- Execute flexible scheduling to support peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments

- Strong sales and client service skills with demonstrated results

- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
