Sephora in Riverton, UT is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (Full-time) to lead store teams, enhance client experience and drive sales ($24–$31/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales floor by modelling exceptional client service and driving a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, training and performance conversations to elevate skills and sales execution.
- Drive sales performance by delivering superior client engagement, personalized product recommendations and effective conversion strategies.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation to brand guidelines.
- Promote and operationalize loyalty program initiatives and brand campaigns to maximize client retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and rapidly assimilate product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service, with demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education or retail/beauty vocational training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
