Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, product training and performance coaching.
- Drive individual and store sales through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations and strong client engagement.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
- Execute Sephora loyalty and service initiatives to strengthen client retention and lifetime value.
- Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure coverage during peak trading periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture where diversity is respected and team members feel empowered.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment (supervisory or team-lead role).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through team coaching and client engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and develop others.
- Strong product aptitude with the ability to learn and teach brand and product knowledge quickly.
- Availability to work a full-time retail schedule (30–40 hours/week), including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service, with demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or college coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
