Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the in-store team by modeling exceptional client engagement and service standards.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through onboarding, product training, coaching conversations and ongoing feedback to elevate individual and store performance.
  • Drive sales performance and KPIs through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations and proactive clienteling.
  • Ensure outstanding client experiences across all touchpoints, manage escalations and represent loyalty program initiatives.
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising standards, opening/closing procedures and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Create and maintain an inclusive, collaborative environment where team members feel empowered and engaged.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs; be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Adhere to company policies and safety protocols; perform physical tasks as required (lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a sales team to achieve measurable results.
  • Demonstrated sales and client service expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule (typically 30–40 hours/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
