Sephora in Ridgeland, MS is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time). Hourly pay $22.00–$25.50/hr. Lead store teams and elevate client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire, coach and develop store team members to deliver exceptional client service and reach sales targets.
  • Drive performance through active client engagement, expert product recommendations and personalized service.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, training and career development to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning across product knowledge, loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory support, visual merchandising and maintaining brand retail standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, safety and adherence to company policies to ensure a superior shopping experience.
  • Maintain flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapting to new product training quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
