Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Support team development through ongoing feedback, coaching, and contribution to onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora brand standards
