Sephora in Reno, NV is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time). Lead the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by example to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to accelerate performance and career growth.
  • Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations, including loyalty program activation.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, point-of-sale execution and store standards.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive and customer-focused environment by enforcing company policies and service protocols.
  • Maintain flexible schedule coverage and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Proven ability to coach teams to meet and exceed sales and service objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and able to quickly absorb product training.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail management, hospitality or a related field is a plus but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
