Sephora in Raleigh seeks a Sales and Service Leader (full-time, $24.00–$27.50/hr) to lead store teams and elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate service standards, product expertise and loyalty program engagement.
- Drive store performance through active client engagement, personalised recommendations and expert product knowledge.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards and policies.
- Maintain staffing reliability and flexible scheduling to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Strong sales orientation with demonstrated client service skills and consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for training others.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet required weekly shifts (Full Time: 30–40 hrs/week); punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
