The Sales and Service Leader at Sephora leads and develops store teams, drives sales and client service, and supports daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members, coaching and empowering them to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
- Contribute to store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
- Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment; 3 years minimum.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Strong sales and client service skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Available for the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours: 30–40 hours per week for full-time work.
- Available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctual, with consistent attendance.
