Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
  • Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and performance development
  • Drive store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to Sephora standards
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and openness where team members feel valued and empowered
  • Maintain store safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
