Sephora Portland is hiring a full-time Sales and Service Leader to drive sales, coach teams and elevate client experience. Hourly pay $24–$31/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and driving a client-first culture.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, training and performance conversations.
  • Drive sales performance by delivering personalised product recommendations and elevating client engagement.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programmes and product expertise.
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and meet required weekly hours, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Demonstrated track record in sales and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet full-time hour requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
