Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a frontline team by example to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve store sales objectives
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through regular feedback, on‑the‑job training and performance coaching
- Drive sales performance via expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and active client engagement
- Manage daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising standards and adherence to company policies
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for loyalty programs, product training and brand activations
- Maintain staffing reliability and flexible scheduling to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that upholds Sephora’s standards for customer safety and experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client‑facing service environment
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet and exceed sales and service targets
- Strong consultative selling and client service skills with demonstrable sales results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting product recommendations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for inventory and merchandising tasks

Experience
Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or another client‑centric environment, with a track record of coaching teams and driving sales performance.
