Sephora in Phoenix (Biltmore Fashion Park) seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time. Pay $24–$27.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and driving sales performance.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate product knowledge, service skills and individual performance.
  • Deliver personalised client engagement and expert product recommendations to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Support store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
  • Execute onboarding and continuous learning initiatives including loyalty program enrollment and brand activations.
  • Maintain scheduling reliability and ensure adequate coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Uphold company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach teams to meet sales targets and deliver excellent client service.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail setting and adapting quickly to new product information.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable and punctual with flexible availability.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with merchandising, inventory basics and day-to-day store operations.

Experience
