Sephora Phoenix, AZ seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time hourly role ($24–$31/hr) leading the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and high-performance behaviours.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through ongoing feedback, training and formal onboarding to elevate team capability and sales performance.
- Drive sales and client engagement through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and loyalty programme execution.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, receiving and maintaining store standards.
- Execute brand initiatives and trainings to ensure consistent delivery of Sephora standards.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service; 3 years preferred.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client service.
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments; 3 years preferred, with a demonstrable record of coaching teams and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in retail management, business or hospitality preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
