Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
  • Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and support for professional growth.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong sales and client service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
