Sephora Pensacola seeks a full-time Sales and Service Leader to lead store teams and drive sales. Competitive hourly pay $22–$25.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviour.
  • Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, training, and performance coaching to elevate results and client experience.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive client engagement, expert product recommendations, and loyalty program promotion.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora store standards.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring adherence to company policies and a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a service environment; 3+ years preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop a frontline team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Strong client service orientation with proven sales execution and product knowledge capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
