Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to team members to elevate performance and foster growth
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora standards
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and valued
- Uphold company policies and help create a safe, welcoming shopping environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments
