Sephora (Palo Alto, CA) seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time hourly role ($28.00–$34.30/hr) to lead store sales and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to drive store sales, conversion and average transaction value through exceptional client engagement and personalized product recommendations.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales advisors to achieve individual and team targets; provide ongoing feedback and structured training.
- Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory processes, visual merchandising standards and loss-prevention practices.
- Support onboarding, product education and loyalty program activation to deepen client relationships and repeat business.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture that adheres to Sephora standards and company policies, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated client service and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet full-time scheduling requirements (30–40 hours/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a service environment; prior experience coaching front-line teams and meeting sales targets is required, 3+ years preferred.
