Sephora Orlando (Vineland Pointe) is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (Full Time). Hourly pay $24–$27.50; lead store teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and coach store team members to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
  • Drive daily performance through active client engagement, personalized product recommendations and upselling of loyalty programs.
  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback and development plans to elevate individual and team capability.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training in product knowledge, service protocols and brand initiatives.
  • Help execute daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Promote an inclusive culture and foster collaboration across the store team.
  • Maintain reliable presence and scheduling flexibility to cover peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality or customer-service environments.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to achieve measurable sales and service results.
  • Strong sales acumen with a client-first mindset and demonstrated ability to deliver personalized recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
