Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets through coaching and collaborative engagement
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and professional development to elevate team capabilities and ensure service excellence
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service protocols, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of Sephora store standards

Qualifications
