Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store sales targets through coaching, product expertise and personalized recommendations.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members; support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
- Drive daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, planogram execution and maintenance of store standards.
- Promote an inclusive team culture that values openness, collaboration and high performance.
- Support loyalty program enrollment and activation, and ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and motivate frontline teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service settings, with a demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, hospitality or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
