Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store sales targets through coaching, product expertise and personalized recommendations.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members; support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Drive daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, planogram execution and maintenance of store standards.
  • Promote an inclusive team culture that values openness, collaboration and high performance.
  • Support loyalty program enrollment and activation, and ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate frontline teams to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
