Sephora Sales and Service Leader, North Wales PA – Full-time hourly retail leadership role with $26–$30/hr pay and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
