Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire the store team, driving exceptional client service and personalised recommendations to achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, product training, and performance conversations to elevate individual and collective performance.
- Deliver outstanding client engagement leveraging deep product knowledge and loyalty programmes to increase conversion and retention.
- Support daily store operations including inventory handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
- Manage scheduling expectations, ensure reliable shift coverage, and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards to ensure compliance and an inclusive, customer-centric shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service environment; 3 years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrated strength in client service, sales execution, and product recommendation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service is required; 3 years preferred, with a track record of coaching teams to achieve sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or retail management training preferred.
