Sephora (New Hyde Park, NY) seeks a Sales and Service Leader (Full Time) to lead the store team and drive client-centric sales ($28–$32/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales objectives.
  • Drive daily sales through expert client engagement, personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development opportunities to elevate team performance and retention.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning for service excellence, loyalty program activation and product expertise.
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention practices and a safe, inclusive shopping environment.
  • Manage scheduling expectations, meet required weekly hours and provide reliable coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments with demonstrated coaching capability.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client service targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-development skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and quickly absorbing product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

Experience
