Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the sales floor by coaching and developing team members to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Drive store performance through active client engagement, expert product recommendations, and personalized consultations.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, training and onboarding to elevate team capabilities in product knowledge, service standards and loyalty programs.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining brand standards.
  • Manage scheduling, ensure reliable staffing coverage for peak periods (evenings, weekends, holidays) and model punctuality and professional conduct.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that aligns with Sephora’s standards for safety, appearance and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing service environment (3+ years preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach teams and drive measurable sales results through clienteling and product consultation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for operational tasks.

Experience
