Sephora in Murfreesboro seeks a full-time Sales and Service Leader. Hourly pay $24–$27.50; lead the store team to deliver elevated client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to drive client engagement, conversion and average transaction value.
- Coach, develop and motivate associates to deliver exceptional client service, product expertise and loyalty-program enrollment.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory handling, stockroom workflows and execution of visual merchandising standards.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives to ensure team proficiency in product knowledge, services and brand activations.
- Contribute to staffing, scheduling and performance feedback to meet sales targets and maintain service coverage during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure, compliant and welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach teams, drive sales performance and deliver measurable service improvements.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable providing direct feedback and conducting on-floor coaching.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of standing.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments with a track record of coaching teams to achieve sales goals and elevate client experience; experience in beauty retail or related categories is advantageous. 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or a degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
