Sephora Midland, TX is hiring a full‑time Sales and Service Leader. Lead the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service. $26–$34/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team, driving a high standard of client service and sales performance.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, training and performance conversations.
- Drive sales through expert product knowledge, personalized client recommendations and strong client engagement.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning on product ranges, loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and loss prevention practices.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Ensure reliable coverage and staffing; meet required minimum weekly hours and be available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing service environment.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales targets and deliver superior client experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly; familiarity with loyalty program execution.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable attendance and punctuality.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated success in coaching teams and achieving sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail/beauty vocational coursework preferred.
