Sephora Sales and Service Leader position in Miami, FL—lead retail teams, drive client experiences, and inspire store success. Full-time, $24–$27.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development to elevate performance
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized product recommendations
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards
  • Execute daily store operations and foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork
  • Uphold Sephora company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
