Sephora (Miami, FL) seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time hourly role ($24–$27.50/hr) leading store teams and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store team members by example to deliver exceptional client service and a high-performing sales culture.
- Drive sales performance through expert client engagement, tailored product recommendations and adherence to store KPIs.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through ongoing feedback, performance conversations and structured training.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning on product knowledge, loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
- Ensure scheduling reliability and availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Promote an inclusive team culture and ensure compliance with company policies to provide a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, hospitality or customer service, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Demonstrable track record of strong client service and sales results.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail-floor duties for extended periods.
- Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service, with at least two years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity. Experience driving sales targets, coaching staff and executing loyalty and product training is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional study in retail, business or beauty is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
