Sephora is hiring a Sales and Service Leader in Miami, FL. Full-time hourly position ($24–$31/hr) leading store performance and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets through exemplary behaviour and active coaching.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates — provide feedback, training and performance guidance to elevate individual and team results.
- Drive client engagement and conversion through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and loyalty program activation.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for service excellence, brand initiatives and product education.
- Maintain store presentation, uphold company policies and ensure a safe, inclusive shopping environment.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrable client service orientation with strong selling and product recommendation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly acquire product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment, with demonstrated success coaching teams and driving sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or certification in business, retail management or hospitality preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Miami, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
