Sephora Miami is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (Full-time) — hourly pay $24–$31/hr. Lead store teams and drive client experience at Palms at Town & Country.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experiences through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store team members; provide ongoing feedback, training and performance management to elevate individual and team results.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Execute loyalty and service initiatives to increase client retention and lifetime value.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports diversity, open communication and employee engagement.
  • Ensure punctuality, staffing coverage and reliable execution of scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales targets and deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Strong sales aptitude with a client-first mindset and demonstrated success in driving conversion and average transaction value.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product education and training.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
