Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to coach, motivate and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store sales targets.
- Drive daily sales performance through expert product recommendations, personalized client consultations and proactive clienteling.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring team proficiency in product knowledge, loyalty programs and brand activations.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability and high standards of client experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail, hospitality or service experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven coaching ability.
- Flexible availability to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet full-time scheduling requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine store operational tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing service roles, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or leadership position responsible for coaching teams and driving sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or hospitality is a plus.
