Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and high professional standards.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to elevate sales performance and product expertise.
  • Drive sales through personalized client engagement, expert product recommendations and loyalty program activation.
  • Support onboarding, training initiatives and continuous learning in service excellence, merchandising and brand initiatives.
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Manage staffing reliability and flexible scheduling to meet peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and store coverage requirements.
  • Foster an inclusive, team‑oriented culture that prioritizes client experience and employee belonging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client‑facing service environment.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment and learning new product assortments quickly.
  • Availability for a full‑time schedule (30–40 hours/week), including nights, weekends and holidays; consistent punctuality and attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
